Black Friday 2019 Voucher Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in the weFix Black Friday 2019 deals will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the weFix Black Friday deals.

1. The Black Friday deal will begin at 12.00am on 28 November 2019 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11.59pm on 2 December 2019 (the “End Date”). 

2. The Black Friday repair vouchers are only available for purchase online (www.wefixshop.co.za) and at weFix stores.   A voucher code will be sent to your cellphone number via SMS by 5 December 2019.

3. The repair voucher can't be used in conjunction with another promotion.  

4. The repair voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

5. Only 1x repair voucher can be used per repair.  

6. The R1000 Samsung repair voucher can only be used for the following repairs: Galaxy S9, S9+, S10, S10E, S10+, Note 8 and Note 9.

7. The voucher can only be redeemed in-store from 5 December 2019 and can only be used on jobs booked in from 5 December 2019.

8. The voucher is valid from 5 December 2019 - 31 December 2020.

9. weFix reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion.

10. weFix reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any voucher code or associated promotion. In such event, where a voucher code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against weFix, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.

11.  No staff member of weFix is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of weFix which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted.

12. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the voucher holder.
