An update from weFix on COVID-19
As we enter into uncharted waters, and we all adapt to the impact brought on by COVID-19, we wanted to let you know we are still here for you when you need us. weFix is taking actions under the guidance and recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Presidency of South Africa and the Department of Health to ensure the wellbeing of our staff members, our customers, our families and fellow South Africans.
Those who are able to work from home have started doing so as of yesterday. In our stores you will notice that we may be standing a bit further away and cleaning a lot more but this doesn't mean that we don't care. In fact, we’re taking this challenging time in our stride and will be providing hand sanitizers at all locations. Counters, high traffic touch point areas and devices including credit card machines, will all be sanitized after every use.
Our friendly staff are practicing social distancing – whilst they continue to bring you our trademark friendly service.

We will continue to adapt and to navigate this situation together as a team and more importantly, a community. We recognize that this is a challenging time for all, and most importantly, we remain deeply committed to the safety of our teams, customers and communities. We encourage everyone to be kind and considerate and even in the presence of social distancing, we encourage everyone to be there for one another.
